Shopping on our site is quick and easy

1. Browse the catalogue and click on the product you want

2. On the product details page select the size and color you prefer

3. Click on “Add to cart”

4. A summary window will open. Click on “Continue Shopping” or “Checkout”

5. Enter the delivery address and payment information

 

You can check and change the contents of your Cart at any time and you can pay with any major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), PayPal, and Bank transfer.

No, you do not need to be registered on our site to make purchases.

However, registration is fast, free, safe and gives you many advantages:

- receive updates on your order and check past purchases

- save your delivery preferences

To save your favorite products you must be a registered user.

3. Click on “Add to favorites”

You can edit the order before the warehouse has processed it. If you change your mind, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service, so that they can verify the status of your order.

In any case, you have 14 days from the delivery of the order to request the return of the item for any reason. You can find more information in “Return and Refunds” and in “Terms and Conditions”

On the product details page, under “Size Guide”, you can consult the size guide. For more information regarding the sizes of our products, the Customer Service is always available.

SHIPPING

We process orders during our office hours Monday – Friday, 9 am – 17.00 pm, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 1.00 pm will be processed the same working day. Orders placed after 1.00 , or on a weekend, will be processed the next business day.

If you've selected custom embroidery items, please allow up to 2 weeks before it ships.

Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is shipped. Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days depending on the destination through DHL or DPD courier.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, a code that allows you to track the package in real time on the courier website.

If you are a registered user, you can follow your order directly from the "My Orders" section.

We deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia,  Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

We cannot ship to the following destinations:

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you need to change the size or color, you can contact our Customer Service by phone or WhatsApp on +39 351 0327949.

Products returned for exchange must not have been used, worn or damaged, and must be returned with the hangtag attached and in their original polybag.

Any goods returned in conditions that do not comply with the above will not be replaced or refunded. 

Please note the custom embroidery items cannot be exchanged or returned.

You can request a return within 14 days from the receipt of your order for any reason.

As soon as your return package is delivered to our warehouse, the Quality Control Department will carry out the necessary checks.

If successful, we will send you an email to confirm your return and refund. After a few days you will be able to check if you have been credited with the refund.

PAYMENT SECURITY
